Family Insight Evening: Understanding Schizophrenia & Psychosis
When: Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 8, 2026 | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Where: First Congregational Church of Wilmette (1125 Wilmette Ave)
Navigating the complexities of schizophrenia and psychosis within a family can feel isolating, but you don't have to do it alone. Join us for our April Family Insight Evening, where we will dive deep into these specific diagnoses. Led by our experienced Family-to-Family teachers, this session offers a structured environment to practice skills, share personal insights, and connect with peers who truly understand the journey.
No registration is required. Open to adults who have previously participated in NAMI Family-to-Family or NAMI Family Support Groups. Join us for an evening of education, empathy, and community.

The wait is over! Tickets and tables are now officially available for our Kentucky Derby–themed Gala. Join us for an evening filled with southern charm, festive flair, and meaningful impact. It’s time to break out your boldest hat or fascinator and get ready to toast the night with a classic mint julep, all in support of mental health in our community.
Evening Schedule:
5:00 PM | Cocktails & Silent Auction: Enjoy a mint julep while you browse our auction items and bet on your winning horse in our 50/50 Derby Raffle.
5:57 PM | The 152nd Kentucky Derby: Join us to watch the "most exciting two minutes in sports" live!
6:00 PM | Program & Dinner: A seated dinner featuring a live Bluegrass band and a ceremony honoring our incredible Illinois mental health advocates.
