Find Your Community: Connection Recovery Support Groups
No one should have to navigate mental health recovery alone. NAMI Connection is a free, confidential, and peer-led support group for any adult working toward mental health wellness, regardless of diagnosis.
Led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have walked a similar path, these groups follow a structured format to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be heard, share successes, and gain insight from one another. It is a safe space built on empathy, community, and hope. Everyone is a valued participant.
We offer both in-person and virtual options to fit your schedule:
-
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM (In-Person): Meets at Turning Point in Skokie (8324 Skokie Blvd). Please park off Washington Ave. and use the back parking lot entrance to check in.
