Hi ,

As we head into March, NAMI CCNS is proud to offer a full calendar of opportunities to help you build resilience and find your community. In this week's newsletter, you’ll discover practical strategies for connecting physical habits to mental wellness, details on our upcoming free education courses, and a first look at our biggest celebration of the year.

Whether you’re looking for crisis management tools, peer-to-peer support, or a way to give back to our community, you’ll find the next step of your journey right here.

Family Insight Evening: Role of Nutrition, Movement & Sleep

When: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 | 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Where: St. Joseph Church, Community Room

Join us for an informative and practical discussion with Alexia Bauer from Vagal as we explore how daily habits can support mental health recovery and resilience.  This session will offer accessible, realistic strategies that caregivers and individuals alike can begin incorporating right away. Whether you’re supporting a loved one or focusing on your own well-being, understanding the connection between physical health and mental health can empower sustainable, everyday change.

Led by NAMI CCNS Family-to-Family teachers, this session will focus on crisis management skills, meaningful connection, and shared understanding among those who truly “get it.” You’ll have the opportunity to learn, reflect, and exchange insights in a structured, compassionate environment. This group is open to adults who have participated in NAMI Family-to-Family or NAMI Family Support Groups. No registration is required.
