Hi ,
Welcome to your Thursday newsletter! As we mentioned in Monday's special Mental Health Wire edition, we’ve swapped our schedule this week to bring you our full list of upcoming programming and community events today. While Monday was about the "why" of resilience, today is all about the "how:" the actual classes, support groups, and gatherings that help us put those resilience tools into practice.
We have a busy spring ahead, and we don't want you to miss out on the opportunities to connect and learn. From our signature education programs to our peer-led support groups, there is a seat at the table for everyone. Take a look below at what’s coming up this week and beyond!

Your generosity keeps our education programs and support groups free and accessible for individuals and families impacted by mental illness. Every gift makes a real difference: $25 helps cover facility costs for one program session, and $100 supports the training of a new teacher or facilitator. Your support ensures that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.

As we look toward the weekend, we hope you find an opportunity to connect with one of the many resources listed above. Whether you’re joining us for a support group, stepping into a new class, or simply marking your
calendar for our gala, remember that these programs exist to ensure you never have to navigate your mental health journey alone.
Our community is built on the strength of people showing up for themselves and for each other. We look forward to seeing you soon, whether it’s in a classroom, on a Zoom screen, or out in the community.
